Moms can join NEST and begin supporting each other online as soon as they learn they are expecting!

Creating community around motherhood is something near and dear to my heart. After working with moms for the last 8 years and seeing them welcome little ones and then having experienced it myself, I knew community was essential to not only surviving motherhood but thriving. But there are lots of communities out there, so creating one that made a difference and impacted moms in the crucial postpartum period was essential
How are NEST groups different?
Each group begin with a new set of moms every six months. These moms have delivered at the same time as you and therefore are experiencing similar life stages. Meetings are only six months long and then groups have the choice to continue if they would like.
Meetings are guided and have a purpose to educate and empower as well as create strong relationships.
What do I do at each meeting?
NEST groups meet once a month for six months and are led by a doula or postpartum professional. The format of each meeting is one part formal workshop segment and one part open discussion. Topics include postpartum care, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, self-care, infant massage, and more.
